Hello,

This is to finally announce the release of Soot version 1!  The major
changes from 1.beta.6 are bug fixes and a set of documents.  Please
check it out and let us know what you think, a lot of effort has been
put into this software for the last 2 1/2 years.

By the way, Soot will be presented at CC2000 in Berlin Germany on March
30th.  If you are there you can get a Soot CD!
