Cool.  I reviewed the fix and modified what looked like a bug in this
code.  We should prepare a point release.

On another note, having a SOOT_CLASSPATH environment variable seems to be
fundamentally losing.  Java programs can't read environment variables.  I
removed any suggestion that such a thing might exist from the
documentation.
