problem running 1.2.5

Hi,

this is the first time I am trying to
use SOOT, and I run it on some program (JAX) as follows:

java soot.Main --app -v -W --soot-classpath
"../../JAX;../../JDK1.3.1/jre/lib/rt.jar" -d output com.ibm.jax.Batch

I've attached the output I get on screen
below. From this output, it seems that all classes in my project get loaded.
However only one class is handled during all other phases of SOOT. Any
idea on what I might be doing wrong?
