soot depends on polyglot cvs for now

Hi Jennifer,

The Soot trunk is broken because of polyglot.ast.ClassLit. I'm not sure which CVS polyglot revision is best, so will take the latest (ClassLit is 7 weeks old). Can you either put a new tarball of polyglot up, or put a note somewhere saying that if you want to use the svn version of Soot you need the CVS version of polyglot? Maybe the second option is the easiest in between Soot releases.
